July 29 2024 from 1 to 2pm: Indian Dance (Bharatanatyam) and the Brain. We will embark on a journey of movement, expression, and rhythm. Dancing has so many benefits to our physical and mental well-being! I will share some aspects of Indian dance such as hand gestures, movement, rhythm, melody, and facial expressions and we will discuss how each of these elements affect our brains, minds, and our health for better health and positivity. Collectively, we will come up with ways through which we can use dance to lead better lives every day! Let’s dance our way to health!
